THE PROCESS
We'll start with a call, face-to-face via Zoom / Skype / Teams / FaceTime, or if you'd prefer, good old-fashioned audio. It'll be a chance to get acquainted.
Once we've gotten to know each other, I'll send through a reverse brief outlining what we discussed. It'll include the job scope, deliverables, deadlines and a quote.
Armed with a signed contract and a 50% deposit, I'll get stuck in. I'll pull together a first draft and will send it your way by deadline — if not before! We can jump on a call to make sure we're on the same page.
Now, it's your turn to go over the work, send through any feedback or tweaks you'd like made. I'll build in time for these.
Once you're happy, pay the remainder and I'll send the work over in your desired format. That Easy!

It'll depend on the job and scope of the project. I like to work on a fee basis rather than an hourly fee — it's simpler that way.
Yes, though I'll charge more for it, +25% on total job cost if its within 48 hours.
